$450 CDN. This includes driver to move your equipment, prizes, awards.
Volunteers get an additional discount but this must be pre-approved before the event.
-$100 for pre-registering before June 1st
-$100 if you bring a sponsorship worth at least $500
Includes 2 dinners on Tuesday for the awards. Additional dinners are $40 each.
Camping fees are $50/ person / per night. We will collect the camping fees.
Dinner sat, sunday and monday night is $100 each per person. We have limited space for people to bring coolers. We will provide bbs to use.
